He ho everyone,
I hope you had a great week so far. For me it’s my last week before my semester ends. It’s not a busy week, just had one easy exam. The rest is really chilled.
Today is the last day of school. So it’s party time!!
And because I love to bake, I made lots of yummy cake and cookies yesterday.
And because this is a food blog, I’ll gonna share my ideas with you. Sometimes I don’t follow the recipe, I just throw everything in what I think, needs to be in there.
So here are the recipes:
Oat cinnamon cookies
Ingredients
200 g oat meal
50 g brown sugar
half tsp cinnamon
1 egg
65 g butter
Chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl together.
- Add the egg and butter.
- Make little, as big as hazelnuts, balls.
- You can leave them like little balls or make them flat like cookies.
- Put them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Enjoy
Chocolate cookies / brownies
Note: I always have the problem with my cookies that they won’t get nice and round. They always just melt into each other. So I’ve used the dough to make them like brownies.
Ingredients
300 g all propose flour
100 g brown sugar
3 Tbsp cacao
1 Pk vanilla sugar
1 Pk baking powder
2 eggs
100 g butter
Milk
Chocolate
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Chop the chocolate in bigger pieces. I’ve used all my leftover chocolate from Christmas.
- Add chocolate.
- Add egg and butter.
- Wisk it all together and add more and more milk to get a nice and smooth consistens.
- Put the dough on the baking tray.
- Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Chocolate cupcakes with Advocaat

400 g all purpose flour
100 g brown sugar
3 Tbsp cacao
1 Pk vanilla sugar
1 Pk baking powder
2 eggs
80 g butter
100 g dark chocolate
Milk
Advocaat
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add roughly chopped chocolate.
- Add egg, butter and some milk.
- You can add as much advocaat as you feel is best.
- Mix all the ingredients and add milk til it’s a smooth dough.
- Put the dough either in a muffin tin or I used a cupcake maker.
- Depending on what you use, it takes about 8 to 12 minutes.
